Only in it for the money

Absolutely horrible and *********** support. Phoning the support line I am told to install the app! After emailing support I was phoned back back a support "technician" with ZERO networking skills. Only support offered is the checklist on a paper to go through troubleshooting options. From the word go I knew the Vumatel router is the issue but they insisted on screenshots of a ping to the router... a router that doesn't have a valid IP address. SO the final support was "This is a Vumatel issue - it's out of our hands"!!!!????
