One star is even too much. I was assisted by Thobeka. The call cut once she called me back and then it cut again and no response from her. I continued to try to get support on whatsapp which was a terrible service. Then Khaya takes my messages and doesn't respond. After an hour he responds to say that he is busy with another call. Terrible service. No respect for my time. I am constantly having issues with Home connects service.
