One person who stood out for me was Patricia. First person I spoke to when I contacted Home Connect. She was very helpful and patient in explaining to me how to apply for new installation. After I got installation done and had issue with router I called Home Conect and was so happy that I got through to her. She did her utmost best to assist and when she said would call back she did. Issue was with Vuma and she had already logged a call for me. That for me is service.
