Offline Services

My services have been offline since Sunday today it’s Wednesday … I feel like it is not fair as you guys are my service provider and I pay home connect not Vuma so if we have an outrage you guys must make sure that our service is dealt with as soon as possible. Is it possible to refunded coz I can’t continue with services like this and if possible cancel my subscription. My business is now suffering and my daughter she’s home school.
