Finally! A reputable ISP that knows how to deliver on customer experience. I am saying this based on the numerous, pathetic experiences I have had with Telkom, and the likes of other providers, including VOX, Supersonic (who has some serious spelling and grammatical concerns) and WebAfrica. I hope these providers cross this review, because it is a genuine call-out on the bull**** that this industry's breeding. False promises, fallacy marketing and the rudimentary product quality being sold to us. This does not exclude the most important part of this business experience, customer experience and satisfaction delivered from start to finish. Home-Connect set the bar upon my first time experience with them. Henry was superb, just as I suspect for the many others whom have been complimented here on HelloPeter.
