Ntokozo was extremely helpful
Ntokozo was extremely helpful. Followed up throughout the connectivity issue. Called me to let me know that internet had been restored and wanted to assist with rebooting the system. I was not available but she made sure to call me back at the time I requested and walked me through the reboot. Much appreciated!
