Not sure Home-Connect is keen on getting new business or clients

I was revered to Home-Connect by a friend after I just canceled with VOX. Thus I created an account on there website but purposely did not supply required Documents, reason that I actually would have like to have a personal touch and speak to a sales consultant.

I Contacted them today to find out why no one has contacted me for it would seem that they don't want new business and it has been 24 hours later?

Would the lady I spoke to tell me that my application was sitting as pending because of the fact that I did not submit the required documentation required.

The thing is I am not sure if I wanted to go with Home-Connect thus the reason I reached out to them to speak to someone and see If I would be interested in there service.

Thus it would seem that either your apply fully or not at all, thus I said to the lady it would seem that they don't really interested in new clients cause you either apply or don't and if you don't they are not interested in doing potential business' with you.

Or as the lady said they would eventually contact you to find out if you are interested in their business or not.

But what is the right whey a business to be interested in getting more customers and or business or a client having to take what's available and be satisfied with it.

I am not sure that is how I would like a relationship with a business with that kind of mentality.

Just my opinion.
