Not reliable and rude consultants!

Have been having signal problems since Thursday 15 May the have not resolved the issue. Today it's the 23rd of May still no assistance only "checking" if Zoom technicians did come. The consultants are rude especially when you explain your frustrations for not assisting for 7 days now.
