Not helpful,bad costumer care BAD network

Home connect Fibre is unacceptable internet outage for almost 3 months now , the agents are useless, costumer care is not helpful,they said they are gonna bring an technician ,there hasn't been a technician for 4 weeks.I do not recommend this wifi router
