Not happy

I cancelled the contract via email that wasn't enough because I'm told supposed to cancel on portal that would add one more month notice of which I'm not happy because I'm cancelling because I can't afford and didn't know that the email is not good enough.think they should make their cancellation regulation clear that you only cancel on portal not via email
