Not an ISP for gaming. Packet loss everyday

Worst ISP for gaming, 19:00-22:00 packet loss every single day. (service desk is aware of the issue - always the same excuse how can it be that it's always an issue, each day?) Pointless to log tickets with this ISP, some of their ticket systems don''t work (such as mobile app & website) however they have an alternative website you can log. But tickets get mostly ignored or abandoned as the forever ending issue...
