Nonopheli

I have been a long time home connect customer but recently came into some trouble since switching to opensever infrastructure. Nonopheli was friendly and helpful and showed knowledge way beyond what I would expect from a call centre helpline. He knew exactly what to do to get a new router set up on the openserve network which required a lot more in depth knowledge than just plugging details into a router. He is leaps ahead, an asset to home connect and deserving of great things.
