Non existing service/support
I moved my Fibre account to Home-Connect. I app**** for the service more than a month in advance, cancelling my previous service for 31 August and applying for a Home-Connect service from 1 September. Existing fibre line and setup. On 1 September I started calling them to find out what is going on. Got a recorded messages that no consultants available but I would be called. I mailed operations and logged a support ticket. I also mailed the sales person that I dealt with previously. It is now the evening of the 2nd of September, I have not been able to work for 2 days and do not have any further information. I know that my line has been activated because I received an automated mail. I have attempted to call them 12 times. I have received 2 calls but promises were never kept. The worst service that I ever received from an ISP. How difficult can it be to keep a new customer informed of what is happening ? Phone system does not work. 2 rings and the call goes quiet. e-mails unanswered. I mailed the sales guy and asked him to put me in touch with whoever is in charge of support or operations. Nothing. I received a call from support telling me that a router will be shipped to me and that it will take 48 hours. I never expected to change ISP and to be offline for a week !

I got hold of support this morning early. The fourth time I called I actually spoke to a person - after getting the "our agents are not available" message 3 times.
She helped me to configure my router. The mail received with username and password omitted some of the setup information. I am now up and running.
The Home-Connect phone system sucks and therefore it is virtually impossible to get hold of anyone. They also do not respond to e-mails.
I don't think I will be a customer for long.
