Non existent customer service AGAIN!!!!!

This is not the first time I have found it necessary to communicate through HelloPeter with this company. They just don't attend to the online tickets in the client portal, and to be quite honest, I had enough. Guess its time to start researching a new service provider. PATHETIC SERVICE.
