NO to Home Connect! Don't do it!

I have had the most awful experience with Home Connect since April. They are grossly ***********! Very unprofessional! I was without internet for five weeks from mid-April 2024 to today (4 June 2024). Yesterday the technician told me that he can't help me. "Sorry." They have NO clue and management doesn't manage. They never return calls unless you threaten them and don't reply to emails. They DON'T CARE!
