No support offered

Been with them a long time. All okay unless you have a problem. Support is almost non-existent. Don't hold your breath waiting for a Support ticket to be rep**** to - won't happen. Easy to get an automated response but then the support stops. Paying top money here for a line but when it fails, so does the HC support team. Very DISSAPOINTED
