NO STATIC IP / PRICE INCREASE

I added a static IP in November (that I pay for) and to date it has not worked, all that I am told is that they have escalated the matter but still I have not heard anything from anybody. And then they go and have 2 price increases (R200) in 3 months, it is ridiculous, it is just not acceptable.
