I signed up for service beginning of March and made payment the next day on th e 7th March and yet to this day no installation has been done and proof of payment has been sent and even requested a refund after numerous calls and emails sent which basically are a waste of time because there are no changes. I have now requested a refund and being told the sent it to @Vumatel and payment will take 2 to 4 weeks to be processed. This after waiting for 2months and being promised to be contacted which they never do now I have to wait again for another month. This is the worst service ever.

07 May 2021, 17:47That belief is incorrect because I am still getting nowhere and not getting any real answers except maybes. I got a call saying this has been logged and which is something that has been said tons of times before and refund will take 2-4weeks. Where is thd resolution in all that?
