I'm deeply disappointed with their service!! I have contacted numerous times asking what will be my total amount due including the charges for when I moved my line to my new address not one consultant could tell me, it didn't even reflect on my statement I paid the amount on the statement only to be debited twice the amount 2 days later. I have requested to be contacted regarding this no one came back to me so disappointed.
