No response from tickets and calls

Despite calling ("will call you back"), logging an error TWICE in their app (no reaction), buying a new high-end router (no difference), and speaking to one of the managers (Lucien, who promised to call me back, but never heard from him again), I'm still experiencing numerous line drops per day.
