No one Working at Home-Connect.

What is the point of a review when no one works there to read it anyways. You guys took my money and then cancelled my service that same month. So now I paid for a month in which you did not provide service because you CANCELED THE LINE. Well Evoltel did but you guys handle my account and took my money so Im annoyed with you because: - I called in to log this and requested my money be paid back. The agent said she will speak to accounts and get back to me

She did not get back to me nor did she load my request to get back my money - so she basically got paid that day for doing absolutely nothing while lying to the customer and saying she will do something

- The next week I did your job for you and called (using my time and money) to inform myself what is going on. I requested a call back

It did not happen

- I called again and spoke to the manager Mark/Marc or whatever. Who did give the empty scripted apologies because if you apologize then everything magically fixes itself. He said he will speak to accounts and handle this personally as he does not know why such a simple request was not handled. He came back and said he is waiting for the MD's signature or something and he will keep me posted as to when I can expect this to be handled.

He did not get back to me. Now it makes sense why the agents doesnt get back to you when even a Manager is incapable of doing this. Great example guys...

- So I called back again this week (more of my time and money wasted) to which I was told Marc/Mark or whatever will be in the office in about 10minutes and he will call me back

He did not

- Called back the next day (again more time and money wasted doing the job you guys are supposed to). And after a quick training session with the agent on how to do the basics on keeping a person informed on their request (if nothing happens then just call and let me know its still pending you are busy with it and have not forgotten) because I can tell that none of that happens at Home-Connect (refer to above).

So now we wait and see if this one will get back to me.

When I don't pay its calls bordering harassment and threats etc. but when you guys take money from clients in error, getting that money back is next to impossible seeing as you have a lot of salaries to pay for people doing nothing.
