No internet connection since 18/10/2023

Good day,

I haven't had internet connection since Wednesday Morning 18/10/2023.I phoned in and spoke to Jay-dene Morris 18/10/2023 because I wanted to find out if I am already disconnected because I requested a cancellation for 21/10/ 2023 and she said no. I asked if its possible to extend the cancellation until Friday 27/10 2023 she then said she needed to check if that date is available. She also said a technician will phone me within 24 to 48 hours regarding no internet connection and no one has phoned me, today being 21/10/2023 but I woke up to an sms confirming payment received but still no internet connection.

I have been calling since Wednesday18/10/2023 and was never issued with a reference nr until I requested it this morning21/10/2023. These are Home-Connect call center agents and a floor manager that I spoke to

1.Jaydene Morris 2. Ntokozo 3. Banele 4. Menzi Also Daphney just phoned me regarding my new application to the area where I am moving to next week. So clearly Home-Connect is only concerned about new connection so that you can charge and debit me again when my current account has had no internet connection since Wednesday18/10/2023 Does Home-Connect honestly think that I will still want to do business with them?

Cherry on top now I cannot even log in to Home Connect portal even when I try to reset my password. Is this the kind of service that Home-Connect offering to its customers? Home-Connect is basically ****ming it's customers. As I type this its 19h13 21/10/2023 still no internet connection let alone a call from Home-Connect technicians. Debit order of R487.99 went off for non rendered service.
