No feedback whatsoever

6 days later after my last conversation I had with someone who called, only because of a bad review and I am still waiting on a follow up email or phone call from home-connect with regards to an easy pay number mix up from their side. Terrible service really. Since the 12th of May I have been struggling with this people.
