No delivery on your contract

We have been customers with Home Connect for 2 years + Our phones have not been working for a month now. We receive NO assistance from the support team. They have moved over to another hosting company and this company has told us it is a problem with Home-Connect. Home-connect have no resolution for us and they never return calls or emails. We unfortunately are locked into a contract and no service delivery from this company.
