No connection since 23 Dec 2022, Home Connect don't give a damn!

No connection since the 23 December 2022 and this company is not bothered. Another company that cares about customer service would have sent someone. All I am told is everything is fine from their side. I am trying to cancel this account and their app /links they keep sending do not work. what a joke!
