No connection No resolution for 4days

Very unprofessional.I was off line for over 3 days, and with no help, the ladies always saying we are investigating the matter, we have SLA to fix in 3 days after investigation is done, I use this Wi-Fi for work, which means I had to spend more while home connect has full month payment from me. You are the worst, I have to borrow money to buy data whilst I paid HomeConnect.
