No connection all weekend

Since connecting I never had any issues. Best connection always. However a technician came to install a neighbor and since then we are left with no network. I called and logged the complaint and was advised it takes up to 72 working hours to get a technician out. Bear in mind it's Saturday which means we are left all weekend with no wifi. We don't have Dstv or any backup wifi. We only stream and I also work from home so this is a disaster. Technicians should be available on weekends to resolve these matters. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
