Bad experience, been reporting from 12 sept to date no assistance. I'm very disappointed with them, it also happened last month

16 Sept 2025, 21:10I rely on internet, couldn't work the whole weekend. It's Tuesday night still no assistance.. I'm very disappointed, they don't call for updates I gave call them when I need feedback.. Very poor service I regret choosing them
