Nhlanhla was very professional and helpful but as for your portal not impressed. Tried the what’s app option was answered and asked if they could give me assistance but when I stated my issue no reply, I even tried the call back option twice no luck. In fact when I called the first time I was on hold for a long while until I decided to call again and hold on for 10 minutes or so. If it wasn’t for Nhlanhla that rescued you then o don’t know
