Never go for Home-connect they don't provide support and their employees are rude

I called in at 09:38, i spoke to one rude lady who provided 0 support.

I told her that Vumatel mounted the ONT Device and the router using a glue which now fell off the wall. instead of assisting me she was very rude and didn't provide a solution she only said i will be charged for the Job that they did wrong
