Never available internet

Home connect has become my worst nightmare. I've been using their service for almost 2 years now and lately I am starting to have doubts about it. Their connection is forever off and when you have internet, it is super slow. Before their price increase everything was working normal bit ever since they increased, it has become a nightmare. I run my business from work and work alot with internet. This has made my days unbearable. Calling them is useless as they will tell you yo reset for 5minutes and sometimes even after that reset it won't work. I am looking at other service providers as I write this because I am really frustrated with their service.
