Neo at Home-Connect is awesome!

After a power surge at our house, our modem was damaged. It was replaced by insurance but needed at be connected once again. Neo at Home-Connect was completely thorough and very patient (I am not very clued up when it comes to things like this) and spoke through each step with me.
