My wifi connection was down despite the light on my router being green

My wifi connection was down despite the light on my router being green. I was assisted by Phumla Ngcobo. I told her already what I had tried through the WhatsApp messaging system. When I got a call back the instructions she gave were clear and direct and helped me get my connection back fast.
