My Refund query.

So you guys really dont want to refund my back? I paid for a service i never recieved months ago and still no refund all i keep getting is emails of the sort :

"Dear Nelly Thank you for contacting the Home-Connect team. We've received your ticket and our team is working hard to resolve your query."

How many months dose it take to work on a simple refund 😡 its been since April and you still working on a simple refund?
