My moving home query is not resolved yet

My moving home query is not resolved yet. But Boipelo/Pelo assisted me today, and she went out of her way to try her best to resolve it. At the end of the day, it's was out of her control. I could just tell she has a passion for customer service. Thank you, Pelo
