My internet was down and router flashing a red light in the early hours today

My internet was down and router flashing a red light in the early hours today. During office hours I contacted my Isp Home connect and they kindly informed me that the is no coverage in my area. But technicians are on it. Wow not long the internet was back on and to top it up I received a courtesy call to check if my internet is back on and working fine. Great service great customer care. Keep up the good work Home connect team. ✨
