MY FIBRE INTERNET WAS ACTIVATED IN LESS THAN 3 DAYS!

I ordered 20mbps fibre from Home-Connect on Tuesday. I have Zoom fibre in my area. On Wednesday, the installers installed my fibre, and by Thursday morning my fibre line was activated! From the time I ordered, to my fibre line being activated, was less than 3 days in total! I am extremely impressed!

1. The lady at sales dept was patient. She stayed on the line, and walked me through the application process. I app**** using my phone. She told me exactly what details to fill, and what documents to upload. The application took 10 mins in total. Very simple! 2. The installers phoned me the next day to make an appointment to install the fibre. This was quick! I was pleasantly surprised! 3. They installed the fibre. The installers gave me a free router. The installation took about 2hrs in total. They were neat! 4. Then finally, the next morning, I got an email with my password. I entered it and my fibre was connected immediately!

I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service, and the speed of serving a new customer. Thank you Home-Connect, you deserve 5 stars! 😀
