My experience with Khulekani was good

My experience with Khulekani was good. He did his best to try to make yo die the incompetence of his colleagues who I dealt with previously. He really went above and beyond and it would be great or all your agents were as capable as he is. Overall HM needs to train their agents better and needs a better way to escalate urgent matters, being on hold for 20 mins is not ideal. You need to work on your customer service
