My experience with Home Connect has been the worst

My experience with Home Connect has been the worst. Their agents don't seem to know what they are doing. They need to be trained on how to offer sufficient service to customers. I have been requesting assistance with my internet connection for the past 6 days and I haven't received it. Today I tried engaging them on whatsapp and there was no response.
