My experience has been an easy one - the staff is well informed and very helpful. I also like the fact that there is an app where you can navigate and self help to a certain extend. Communicating via the whatsapp portal was also very easy and I did not have to spend hours on the phone. Once the application process were complete, I constantly received updates via email. I would highly recommend Home Connect to anyone who wants an easy hassle free service provider.
