My Details on someone else Bill - No help from HomeConnect

My Details on someone else Bill -

Each month i get a statement, with my details on it but it's not my Bill,

I canceled business with Home Connect Years ago,

I responded to the Statements using the email address in the invoice, for the past 3 months and i received no reply, I called and Asked to Speak to a manager, Mpho said no give him a chance he will fix it, so i emailed him the details, now another month and no response.
