NOT happy at all with the customer service II received from Home-Connect this week, while sitting without wifi for 6 days and being told different stories by countless different agents every time. Seriously considered cancelling my service with Home-Connect, but then Mpho Singo took my call, and he within minutes managed to sort out the issue which no one could in all the days before. Thank you Mpho for your exceptional and friendly service, for going the extra mile, following up until you were sure the matter was resolved. Home-Connect you have a GEM in Mpho!!! You should make him manager and let him train staff what customer service is all about.🎖️ A thousand times thank you Mpho Singo. You are me hero of the week. So greatful to have wifi again tonight - all thanks to you!😊
