More like Home-Disconnect

Over the last year this company went from brilliant to bad, My issues are not resolved and each time they force me to down load a there dumb remote application which no where in the terms and conditions does it state I have to do so in order for them to assist and yet my problems persist.

Worst is there pricing went up and you can get better deal from the competitor for double down speed for less and when i asked them to at least match it I was told "As far as I know We have the cheapest Prices so they wont price match"
