Month to Month

Most Horrible ISP to deal with! They call it a month to month service but when you try cancelling your service or transferring your service they give you the runaround. It’s amazing how you can subscribe to them via the telephone but when you need to cancel you have to go via the website or App. To a website and app that doesn’t work!

This is not the first my wife and I experienced this problem. Goodbye Home-connect!
