Mfundo's Assistance

I have never had a problem since being with Home-Connect for the past couple of years. Recently I experienced slow connectivity, but when I phoned in, they would test the speed and would tell me everything is fine, but I could barely have a zoom meeting with cameras off and constantly got connection unstable. I phoned and spoke to Mfundo, this man definitely went the extra mile and even though when testing my line, the speed was ok, he realised it was my router that was the problem and arranged to have this replaced. He is absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful and an absolute asset to this business.
