Mbali went out of her way to resolve my issue on a Sunday morning
Mbali went out of her way to resolve my issue on a Sunday morning. I couldn't make payment via the portal, I WhatsApped to check if there was an issue as it kept timing out. She called and offered me payment options available to me and got me reconnected asap! Bravo, she was able to think on her feet and not just give the usual company prepared response.
