Mbali is a great asset, although I was annoyed that a system was changed and I as a customer was not notified knowing very well I will be inconvenienced
Mbali is a great asset, although I was annoyed that a system was changed and I as a customer was not notified knowing very well I will be inconvenienced. I could not blame her at all, it was not her fault any way but she was helpful and also suggested another way to make payment in future, what a sweetheart,my ticket number was 636675
