Lynthis went above and beyond to ensure that my transfer from Supersonic to Home-Connect was resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. We had a delay in supersonic releasing the line but when they did I needed to get back online as quickly as possible and although I was advised it could take up to 3 days, he was able to get this done for me in just a few hours and ensured that we had working Internet before night time.
