Long wait for installation and refund

If I could give you guys a zero, I would. A few weeks ago I app**** and paid for the installation of fibre in my home only to find out they will not be installing in my area until further notice.

This morning I asked for a refund and now I'm being told that I have to wait for at least four weeks for my refund to be completed, how crazy is that?
