Link Restored

We recently experienced an internet outage. The link was down for a full day because of some fibre hub issue. Vumatel notified me with a SMS and later an agent even phoned me explaining the reason for the outage. The link was successfully restored. Excellent communication from Vumatel. There was a little lack of communication from Home-Connect to me, but they surely reacted to my ticket and informed Vumatel that the issue was with them. Magnificent work guys and a real pleasure to do business with you both. Regards BV
